This Saturday, November 13 is World Kindness Day. The meaning behind this special day is to spread awareness about the importance of being kind to each other, to the world, and to yourself. This year, we encourage you to practice not just on the day, but everyday. Practice random acts of kindness with friends, families and everyone around you, what you might think a simple act can mean a lot to someone who’s going through a tough time.
