Xin chao! As I promised, below is the schedule for our 30 days of Pilates – Self Journey. I hope you don’t mind my handwriting. I found it’s the quickest way that I could do to upload this schedule and publish it on time for you!! I’m so excited to do it with you for this year 2020!!

Truth: I have so many ideas for workouts and tips talk and I only choose the best ones to start the Year with you. This also is a practice of CHOICE, as one of the topics I want share with you this Year 🤩😍

Tip: Start the journey with Day 1 – Take the first step to prepare yourself for the journey, and don’t forget to invite your friends and your loved ones to join you for this journey.

This journey can be your New Year resolution, it also can be your first (or next) step of your healthy lifestyle, including physical and mental health. I love that we care for ourself and care for each other. Let’s make 2020 a year of SELF CARE. Because we can only happy and give other people love when we are happy and take care of ourselves.
